Q1: Can I have my goods delivered?

Absolutely! We will deliver anywhere in Australia. We do not deliver overseas.

Q2: How much does delivery cost?
|

Perth Metro: Flat rate of $10 per order. WA Country Orders: Flat rate of $15 per order. Anywhere Else in Australia: Flat rate of $25 per order.

Q3: Can I collect my goods from your shop?

Yes! Although our delivery charges are modest, if you prefer to collect your purchases we can email or call you when your order has been processed and is ready to collect. The PRA Imaging showroom is located at 63 Newcastle Steet in Perth. There is ample parking out front.
Our showroom is open: 8.30 am - 6.00 pm Monday to Friday 10.00 am - 2.00 pm Saturday

Q4: How long does my order take to dispatch?

All in-stock items are shipped next business day. If there is a delay from a manufacturer or supplier we will contact you and notify you.

Q5: Are The Goods in Stock?

The majority of goods are in stock and will be shipped on the next buisness day. If an item purchased is temporally out of stock, we will contacted you on reciept of your order with an approximate eta.

Q6: How can I pay for my order?

The easiest way is either Visa or Master Card which means your goods are paid for and can be dispatched quickly. You may pay by direct debit (contact us for details), Money Order or Cheque (goods will not be sent until cheques clear – normally 3 to 5 days).

Q7: Are goods I buy covered by warranty?

Yes. All Items are covered by Australian manufacturers 12 month back to base warranty.

Q8: Are my goods insured in transit?
|

Yes. If your goods are lost in transit or damaged in transit they are fully insured.

Q9: Can I return goods to you?
|

Please take the time and choose items you buy carefully. Under Consumer Protection Law we do not have to accept returns if you change your mind about items you have bought from us. We will accept goods returned within 7 days (in their original condition and unopened) for an exchange or store credit only.

Q10: What is your privacy policy?

Your personal details will never be shared or sold to anyone.
- Your address and contact details are used only for delivering your goods or contacting you about your order, should we need to.
- Information you send to us from the checkout section of our website is digitally encrypted and secure.
- Your card details are only kept long enough to process your order then deleted.
