About PRA Imaging

PRA Imaging has been servicing the needs of photographers in Perth since 1987. Originally based in Belmont, PRA Imaging has grown over the years requiring several relocations to progressively larger premises. Our move in 1996 to our present location at 63 Newcastle Street, Perth, was important, as we have a strong association with Central Tafe and in particular the students who undertake the Diploma in Applied Science in Photography. Nurturing these students through their studies to become fully fledged photographers is something we are very proud of. Many of our own staff are experienced and qualified professional photographers in their own right.

Situated close to Perth’s CBD, we offer a huge range of photographic equipment, expert advice and competitive pricing. As well as fully embracing the digital revolution photography has seen in recent times we know that there is still a big need to service those photographers choosing to shoot film. We are still the only photographic outlet in Perth to carry such a comprehensive range of films.
